I can’t afford to receive bad grades.

Seems like everyone has rushed for a sorority - everyone but me. I feel bad for blowing off the sorority socials I was invited to and I have a feeling I’m going to regret it, but I’m sure it’ll only be temporary.

Since I have a part-time job, I already lose time to focus on school. If I didn’t have one, joining a sorority MIGHT have been a different story. Oh, well. I’ve aced all of my tests and quizzes so far, so it’s all good! If I have to trade in fun for good grades and cash to spend, then so be it.
